Trojan Stadium – Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Trojan Stadium is a fan engagement app for Carrollton High School home football games. This page explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

  • Sign-in identity: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive a unique identifier tied to your account, and optionally your name, which we use to create your fan profile.
  • Display name: The name you choose to show on leaderboards, which you can change at any time in Settings.
  • Points and activity: Records of check-ins, poll and trivia answers, and reactions, used to calculate your points and leaderboard ranking.
  • Device token: A unique identifier used only to deliver push notifications to your device (for example, alerts before the light show begins).

How we use this information

Information collected is used solely to operate the app’s features: tracking points, displaying leaderboards, sending game-related push notifications, and allowing school staff to moderate inappropriate display names.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. Information is used only within this app for the purposes described above.

Data retention

Your profile and points history are retained for the duration of the school year to support season-long leaderboards. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Moderation

Because this app is used by students, school staff can reset inappropriate display names and adjust points in cases of misuse.
